Strategi, mål og resultater
Udviklingen af et globalt sprog for sundhed - at forene sundhedssystemer fra hele verden og sætte dem i stand til at kommunikere med og forstå hinanden - er en international bestræbelse.
SNOMED International blev grundlagt på dette princip. I 2007 blev IHTSDO etableret for at opbygge og styrke SNOMED CT, andre sundhedsterminologier og relaterede terminologiprodukter og for at udvikle, vedligeholde, fremme og muliggøre optagelsen og korrekt brug af dets terminologiprodukter i sundhedssystemer, tjenester og produkter rundt om i verden. Vi er en stærk og stolt samarbejdsorganisation, der tjener og reagerer på sundhedssektorens behov.
I 2017 adopterede vi handelsnavnet SNOMED International for at afspejle vores udvikling til en produkt- og serviceorienteret organisation. Vi arbejder sammen med vores medlemmer og andre interessenter for at prioritere den strategiske udvikling af SNOMED CT for at imødekomme behovene i sundhedssektoren.
Vision
I 2025 vil kliniske terminologier blive brugt globalt, hvilket vil resultere i bedre sundhed og forbedrede patientresultater, understøttet af ét sundhedssprog.
Mission
SNOMED International producerer bæredygtigt et globalt klinisk ordforråd og andre tjenester, der muliggør klar udveksling og analyse af sundhedsoplysninger for alle.
Strategisk retning
I løbet af en årelang høringsproces har SNOMED International og dets tilknyttede Community of Practice opstillet organisationens 2020-2025-strategi. At nå frem til denne strategi har været en aktiv og samarbejdsproces mellem deltagere, der repræsenterer organisationen, generalforsamlingen og bestyrelsens ledelsesorganer.
Med udgangspunkt i et stærkt grundlag, der er muliggjort gennem succesen med 2015-2020-strategien, kan organisationen begynde at udvikle en model til at forbinde med andre terminologier og klassifikationer, hvilket giver et mere informeret overblik over patientens journal.
Årlige arbejdsplaner
Vores aktiviteter omfatter levering af regelmæssige tjenester (f.eks. den halvårlige SNOMED CT-udgivelse) og projekter, der adresserer specifikke behov hos medlemmer, tilknyttede virksomheder og slutbrugere. Projekter er fastlagt i årlige arbejdsplaner udviklet af ledelsesteamet, baseret på input fra medlemmer og andre interessenter. Arbejdsplanen skal godkendes af generalforsamlingen.

Details: Room rates: Single occupancy: KRW 285,000+10% (KRW 313,500) Double occupancy: KRW 330,000+10% (KRW 363,000) Rooms are available to reserve at these rates between October 15 to October 28, 2024 Bedroom rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast and Standard Internet Deadline for Delegate Individual Reservations: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 (23 days prior to arrival) Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations through the Hilton link will be guaranteed to the credit card at the time of reservation and the rest of the amount will be paid upon check-out. For any late cancellation, and no-show after cutoff date of Wednesday, September 25, 2024, cancellation penalty is as below: Cancellation before 72 hours prior to arrival: There is no cancellation charge. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival: 100% of total staying will be charged to the individual guests with the guaranteed card and cannot be refunded.
