Business meetings

SNOMED International's twice-annual Business Meetings are hybrid events in April and October for our governance, advisory, working, project and clinical reference groups, providing the organization and Community of Practice both in-person and online opportunities to participate. 

 

The most recent in-person conference was held from April 06-10, 2025 at the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel in Oslo, Norway, alongside some online-only sessions. It included a special 'SNOMED CT in Norway' day on April 10, 2025, which was delivered in English and was open to all attendees. Hosted by the Norwegian Directorate of Health, the event showcased the country's achievements in advancing digital health, alongside international experiences and an innovation spotlight.

In keeping with our hybrid approach, all in-person meetings are supported with the necessary audio and video tools to support high quality online participation via Zoom.
