Apa itu GPS?
GPS adalah daftar terkelola dari pengidentifikasi unik SNOMED CT yang ada, nama yang ditentukan sepenuhnya (FSN), istilah yang disukai dalam bahasa Inggris internasional, dan bendera status, tersedia tanpa biaya bagi pengguna.

GPS mendukung pembagian informasi kesehatan pasien yang dikodekan dengan SNOMED CT tanpa memerlukan lisensi SNOMED Internasional.
Catatan: Kumpulan Pasien Global mengecualikan hubungan dan hierarki bawaan SNOMED CT; mendasar pada sifat ontologi dan kemampuannya untuk mengaktifkan analitik data klinis, dukungan keputusan, kecerdasan buatan, dll.
Tentang GPS
GPS adalah mekanisme untuk mendorong pembuatan interoperabilitas di negara-negara yang kurang matang secara digital serta alat untuk mendukung perjalanan warga negara dan informasi mereka melintasi perbatasan ke negara-negara yang saat ini tidak memiliki lisensi untuk menggunakan SNOMED CT.
